Dean Gray is the founding Trustee and Chairperson of the Peer Support & Training. He has been working with Young People in the field of education and training in various capacities for over 10 years, motivating, mentoring, inspiring and training individuals to unlock their potential.  Having worked for a number of Youth focused Organisations around Greater London he has been able to get a well-rounded understanding of Young People especially those who live in London and the surrounding Counties (Theses areas include but are not exclusive to the Boroughs of Brent, Haringey, Harrow, Hammersmith, Watford, Camden and Enfield).

He brings diverse skills and has worked in a range of Organisations including direct sales training companies,  a number of different Training Providers including the biggest in the UK,  a number of Schools including Pupil Referral Units and other Charitable Organisations.
